Hola, soy Andrea

Durante años, pensé que la fuerza significaba hacer más: entrenar más duro, comer más limpio, dormir menos. Me obligaba a seguir a pesar del agotamiento, creyendo que la disciplina me daría libertad. No fue así.

Cuando el agotamiento finalmente me obligó a parar, empecé a escuchar. Estudié cómo se integran el movimiento, las hormonas, el descanso y la mentalidad; así reconstruí mi fuerza a través de la conciencia, no de la presión.

Ahora ayudo a otras mujeres a hacer lo mismo: a sentirse capaces y seguras de nuevo sin sacrificarse en el proceso. Mi enfoque combina ciencia y empatía: basado en hábitos, centrado en la psicología y diseñado para un equilibrio duradero.
